Before I get started I got to tell you that I saw almost Every episode of DragonballZ from the beginning to the world championship when Goku comes back to Earth for one day. DBZ was and is still my favorite TV show. Here's the list of all the sagas so for showed on TV. There will probably be more sagas but they weren't showed on TV.
Saiyan Saga
Namek Saga
Frieza Saga
Garlic Jr. Saga
Trunks Saga
Androids Saga
Imperfect Cell Saga
Perfect Cell Saga
Cell Games Saga
(Pikkon Saga) This saga has only about 8 episodes when Goku is in the other world. (When Goku's Dead)

Those are all the sagas that were showed on TV.
All about Saiyan Stages
Saiyans have 5 stages in all. The first is the regular stage of a saiyan. The second is When the saiyan turns into a Supersaiyan. All of the next stages are based on the Supersaiyan stage.
Supersaiyan1 (SS1) This stage is what I was just talking about. Strength rises, yellow gold hair, blue eyes, and yellow gold glare.
Supersaiyan2 (SS2) Stage in which your hair grows a little bit taller. Strength rises rapidly.
Supersaiyan3 (SS3) Hair grows at the length of about 5 feet. Strength is now very very very very high.
Supersaiyan4 (SS4) This is when you need the saiyan tail in order to do this transformation. Your personality becomes very angry. The saiyan has red hair partially covering its body and the hair on your head turns back to the regular color. The hair stays long, but is shorter than the SS3 Stage. The saiyan will now have a red glow.
Supersaiyan5 (SS5) You get very large hair. Hair is now a light blue purple color. Other info. Not available.
Supersaiyan6 (SS6) Almost like last level. Hair in the middle turns gold and the rest stays the same. To see a picture of a level 6 saiyan, look at the first picture on the DBAF page.
